Ledu Software (hereinafter, the "Company") will respect the privacy of all customers (hereinafter, "Customers") using the applications and services distributed or provided by the Company (hereafter, "Target Services, etc."). The Company will manage personal information obtained from Customers with the utmost care and strive to ensure the proper handling and protection thereof in accordance with the following provisions.

BY INSTALLING, USING, REGISTERING TO OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND GIVE AN EXPLICIT AND INFORMED CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY. DATA CONTROLLER

By “data controller”, we mean an entity that determines how and why personal data is processed. Your personal data will be held by us in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For the purposes of data protection laws, the data controller will be Ledu Software.

While operating the Services, we may share your data with partners we work with. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS

When you access our products and Services, we won’t collect your legally-sensitive data (i.e. race, ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetics, biometrics, health, sexuality and/or criminality) and other sensitive data (i.e. child data, social security numbers, bank account or payment card details). Please do not provide this kind of information to us or use the Services to make it available to others.

We may collect user’s data from you, which includes:

- your name, email address, or other contact information if you have provided them to us (for example, when registering an account or subscribing to our communications);

- online identifiers such as your in-game alias, IP address, internal identifiers we assign to your account, or hardware or operating system based identifiers including your Advertising ID or device ID,

- technical information about the device you use to play our Games or use our other Services (for example, information about its type, model, manufacturer, operating system, language, display, processor, or memory),

- your coarse location (for example, country, state, or city), inferred from your IP address,

- information about your use of the Services (for example, information about your progress in our Games, your visits to our Websites, or your interactions with ads in our Games),

- information about your interactions with our ads outside of the Services (for example, on third-party websites or applications), including information on how you were referred to our Games or other Services,

- crash logs or other information related to bugs, errors, or other issues in our Services,

- inferences we make based on your activity in our Services,

- messages or other communications you send to us or through the Services (for example, your chat messages in our Games or emails you send to our support team),

- if you choose to connect a third-party account (for example, a social media account) with our Services, information we receive from the third-party account provider (for example, an account name, identifier, or email address to enable cross-device gameplay or a profile name, picture, or friends’ information to provide social features),

- any other information you choose to submit to us through our Services or otherwise, and

- with your consent, other information explained to you when asking for your consent.

SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION 

We may share information we collect for the following purposes:

- Service Providers.  With service providers that perform services on our behalf or enhance our Services, including hosting services, customer service, analytics services and to assist us in our marketing efforts; 

- Advertising Partners. Advertisers, ad exchanges and other ad technology companies that require the data to select and serve our relevant advertisements to you and others, and assist us in our marketing efforts, including as described in the Online Advertising section below;

- Affiliates.  With our parent company, subsidiaries and other affiliates; 

Professional Advisors. With professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us;

- Authorities and others. With law enforcement and public authorities, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above;

- Business Transferees. With acquirers and other relevant participants (and their advisors) in business transactions (or negotiations of or due diligence for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, - Studio or our affiliates (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings); and

- Your specified recipients. We may disclose personal information about an individual to certain other third parties or publicly with their consent or direction.

Safeguards

Ledu Software follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information in Ledu Software’s possession. Only those persons with a need to process your personal data in connection with the fulfillment of their tasks in accordance with the purposes of this Privacy Policy and for the purposes of performing technical maintenance, have access to your personal data in Ledu Software’s possession. Personal data collected by Ledu Software is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. To prevent unauthorized on-line access to personal data, Ledu Software maintains personal data behind a firewall-protected server. However, no system can be 100% secure and there is the possibility that despite Ledu Software’s reasonable efforts, there could be unauthorized access to your personal data. By using the Services, you assume this risk.

Changes of Privacy Policy

In the event our Privacy Policy is changed or updated, any changes or updates will be posted to keep you aware of the Personal Data that we collect, how it is used and stored, and when we are authorized to disclose it. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to this Privacy Policy at any time, so please view it often.
